From the high mountain of Nantou County in Taiwan, Milk Oolong is both smooth and creamy with a very subtle hint of floral aroma. There is a love story behind this sweet milky tea. Legend has it when the moon fell in love with a comet as he zoomed through the night sky. As the comet entered the earth’s atmosphere, it met its cruel fate and break up into millions of shinny dusts. The moon was so sad that she blew a cool wind down the mountain over a tea field. When the tea farmer woke up the next day, they found the cool wind had created a sweet milky flavour to their tea leaves. Hence, the Milk Oolong (originally called ‘Jin Xuan’ Oolong) was born. The rest, as they say, is history. Our Dan & Russ’ Milk Oolong can be steeped multiple times.
