Do you provide International delivery?

 

 

Of course we do! We welcome customers all around the world. Whether you are from Austria to Zimbabwe, we want to share the joy of our products with you.

 

 

How do I return an item?

 

Simply send us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. While we hope to offer free returns to all of our customers, due to geographical and cost limitations, please accept our apology that customers returning outside of Canada and US will be responsible for return shipping.

What is your returns policy?

 

We are not satisfied until you are! Let us know if you have any concerns and we will try our best to accommodate your needs. We pride ourselves in being liberal in our return policy as long as it is within reasons and within our ability. 

How do I track my order?

 

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email pertaining shipping information, which includes tracking number and courier information. Should you require order cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to stop the order if it has not left our facility. 

 

How can I contact your couriers?

 

You will be able to find shipping information, including tracking and courier information, in our email to you once the order is processed. Once the order has left our facility, please contact the courier directly regarding shipping status and delivery window. If you are unsure, please let us know and we will try our best to help.

 

What are your delivery options?

 

Our standard delivery option is Economy shipping. If you require shorter delivery time, please select priority shipping when checkout. Additional charges may apply.
